Suzanne is an executive coach, organizational psychologist and the CEO of Emica Consulting based in Dubai, UAE. She has lived and worked in the UK, US, China, and Dubai. In addition to her Doctorate in Organizational Psychology, Suzanne also holds degrees in modern languages and export marketing and a post graduate diploma in market and social research. Before embarking on her second career as an executive coach in 2007, Suzanne worked in large FTSE 100 corporations in the UK in sales, marketing, innovation, insights, and senior commercial roles for 15 years. She specializes in working with expatriate and global managers who are looking to perform to their potential and harness the significant benefits of working in multicultural teams. She certified in Cultural Intelligence assessments and training, BPS Level I and II, Hogan, and Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching.
