Audrey is a qualified Leadership and Executive Coach with over twenty five years’ experience of working across a wide range of industries and roles. These have included international marketing, senior management, performance management and general management roles.  Audrey brings her business background and experience to her coaching practice.

She holds an Advanced Diploma in Personal and Executive Coaching, a Graduateship in Marketing (Marketing Institute of Ireland), a Masters in Business Administration, Institute of Training and Development certification, and is EQ-i 2.0 & EQ-i 360 Certified.  She holds Coach Practitioner certification with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and abides to their Code of Conduct.

Audrey established MotivAction in 2004 in the suburbs of Cork, Ireland, working with individuals and teams mostly face to face and also works virtually via Skype and Zoom.  She works in areas of leadership and executive coaching, strategic management, career coaching, talent development strategies, team building, employee engagement and change management projects.  Her client portfolio includes multinationals, state and semi state agencies, small to medium organisations, professional services, not for profits and call centres.  Sectors include financial services, health, technical, engineering, manufacturing, construction, med devices, pharma and bio pharma, environmental, ICT and automation.
