In this episode of Coaching Revealed, executive coaches Janet Miller Evans and Rolf Pheiffer are interviewed by IOC Executive Director Jeff Hull. The three discuss how coaches can establish credibility in their practice, how to stay abreast with the cutting edge of coaching, and what advice our guests have for new coaches beginning their careers.

Janet and Rolf are both seasoned executive coaches with over 30 years of combined coaching experience. Hailing from across the globe, with Janet being based in the west coast of the United States and Rolf in Europe we learn more about how they found credibility in the field. . Janet shares that in developing credibility authenticity has been key for her career, she lives and practices this through her company, Entevos meaning “being you” in latin. Rolf shares how training, collaboration and building partnerships has helped him establish credibility.
