Janet has 30 years of experience gained through leadership roles at FedEx, IBM, UPS, Comcast, and the pharmaceutical and government utility industries. Her responsibilities included managing P&Ls and exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue goals. She led teams of up to 150 team members and received numerous awards and recognition for her leadership and team success.
She holds certifications, including Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, Global Team Coaching Institute Team Coaching Practitioner, IDI Intercultural Development Inventory Qualified Administrator, Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence, Psychological Safety, and Lodestar Trauma-Informed Coaching. She received Leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Northwestern University and Positive Intelligence certificates. Janet guides her clients to re-imagine their current thinking, increase their authenticity, and achieve peak performance.
