Duminda Rajasinghe
Duminda is a Senior Lecturer in HRM, and OB in Nottingham Business School and he specialises in leadership development, coaching and learning and development. He teachers human resource management at both postgraduate and undergraduate level and act as an academic mentor/coach.
Prior to Nottingham Business school, he has worked for Northampton, York, and Salford Business Schools in the UK. He is an author and a researcher in coaching, leadership development, entrepreneurship learning and learning with expertise in Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis. He has presented his work internationally and conducted sessions in Europe, Middle East, and Asia. Prior to his academic career, Duminda worked as a HR professional in three different multinational organisations.
Duminda has a PhD in Executive Coaching and Leadership Development from Leeds Business School and He is a member of CIPD (Academic MCIPD) and Fellow of Advanced HE (FHEA) and currently serves as the Chair of external relations committee of University Forum of HRD (UFHRD).
