Nancy Glynn, MBA, CBC, is an executive coach, team coach and educator with nearly 20 years international experience as a senior, board-level executive and senior leader across several industries. Nancy works globally out of her base in London.
She is the founder of Dynallia, focusing on 21st century leadership. Nancy works with executives and teams in corporations and partnership firms to achieve exceptional business results and build new leadership styles and skills, as they navigate the challenges of operating with agility in an increasingly complex world.
As an accredited coach since 2008 Nancy maintains a strong focus on business outcomes, drawing on her global experience in executive committee positions where Nancy played a key role as companies achieved significant transformation including integrations of five cross-boarder acquisitions, corporate portfolio restructurings and changes brought about by crises & issues. Prior to her executive career Nancy was an international ballet soloist, which adds a creative dimension to her knowledge and experience.
Nancy’s passion is to ignite the humanity in leaders to meet our world’s extraordinary challenges. Her focus for the past several years has been in the integration of neuro-leadership, the cutting edge application of advances in neuroscience, with the study of high performance for building sustainable, agile leadership fit for our times. She is one of the few senior coaches in Europe qualified to teach Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) by the University of Massachusetts Center for Mindfulness in Healthcare, Education and Society. Nancy integrates Mindfulness in her work with leaders to build cognitive and attention capacities, emotional regulation and resilience.
She is a Founding Fellow of the Institute of Coaching and a Board Trustee of the NA Advocacy, a patient advocacy group for a set of rare neurological diseases primarily affecting young adults.
A native of Chicago, Nancy moved to Europe in the 1980s and has lived in London, Amsterdam and Paris as well as in several cities in Belgium and Germany. She has an MBA and is a Certified Business Coach (CBC) through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. She speaks English and French and converses with ease in German and Dutch.
