In our monthly Health and Wellbeing Discussion Group, we will explore the ebb and flow of body and mind. We’ll address the many forms of wellbeing — physical, emotional, spiritual, and intellectual. We will investigate how to support ourselves and our clients in directing psychosomatic and somatopsychic responses away from languishing and toward flourishing.
The International Network on Clinician Well-being: Coaching Research & Implementation group brings together global leaders in coaching research to share ideas, provide peer mentorship, engage in projects together, consider funding sources, and troubleshoot challenges in research implementation.
These bi-monthly groups will be interactive, allowing a vibrant discussion with peers on a predetermined ethical theme. Wendy-Ann will speak to the theme, then encouraging discussion of how the theme has been visible or experienced in your coaching practice. Group discussions will be respectful and held in the safe space of reflection, sharing and discovery of new potentials.
Our lives are minefields of misinformation. It ripples through our social media feeds, our daily headlines, and the pronouncements of politicians, business leaders, and best-selling authors. Stories, statistics, and studies are everywhere, allowing people to find evidence to support whatever position they want.

Brainstorming? Innovating? Imagining? Ideating?

Frequent guest speakers will facilitate our discussions and enliven our conversations. We seek to provide support, information and encouragement for our own and others' creative pursuits!
Tricky case forum is a place for seasoned coaches to learn together from the cases that stump us. Each hour session will use the power of inquiry to unpack a case that one coach finds to be particularly tricky for them. "Tricky" means that it is a coaching case or situation that sticks with them in some way, there is something about it that either triggers the coach, rubs them the wrong way, or for some reason, keeps coming back to mind as a challenge and, of course, opportunity.
This event is exclusively for Fellows

Every other Monday the group will provide the opportunity for a fellow member to present. This could include presenting a topic, coaching model, professional work, client case, or asking the group a question for discussion etc. On the other weeks, the zoom session will be open for members to have an open conversation. The group is hosted by Emily Terrani. If you would like to present, please contact Emily.
UN has declared the 2020s as the determining decade for action to reach the 17 Sustainable Development Goals agreed by all countries’ leaders in 2015. It is more and more obvious that this necessary success is more than anything else determined by human determination, capabilities and well-being.
The IOC is a global community of coaches.
