Fields of my activities are: Individual and team executive coaching, facilitation/focus groups/action learning sets; 360 degree feedback; mindfulness practice/workshops; designing interventions to build/change/ develop various aspects of corporate culture.
I have experience in working with leaders of all levels, in companies of different profiles, from global regional and small, privately owned ones.
I have worked across a large number of industries, as well as in very different cultural settings, so I am sensitive to industry and intercultural specifics.
I am based in Slovenia, Europe; however I cooperate with partners abroad, what enables me to work on international assignments.
