Katrina Burrus, PhD, MCC, has a proven track record in coaching numerous international executives: Nestle, Novartis, CERN, UNAIDS, United Nations, BNP Paribas, Lloyds Bank, Orange Telecommunication, Firmenich, Beckman & Coulter, Philip Morris, Cargill, Saatchi & Saatchi, to name a few. She has coached across many sectors and industries. Her coaching career has taken her to Europe, Asia and the United States, and she is recognized for her distinctive capabilities with executives and teams from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds.

As the founder of MKB Conseil & Coaching (created in 1994) and the Global Nomadic Leadership DevelopmentTM Institute, she is affiliated with a network of international experts and scholar practitioners, and facilitates a series of advance International seminars on "Tomorrow’s Leaders: Coaching Global Nomadic Leaders" worldwide. MKB Conseil & Coaching specializes in coaching Global Nomadic Leaders, Talents and Abrasive Leaders. Katrina researches, publishes and is a speaker on cross-cultural issues of expatriation, repatriation and global leaders. She is currently writing a book on brilliant but difficult senior executives.

Katrina teaches post graduate courses at various universities and gives international advanced seminars on Global Nomadic Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, and Transitioning Successfully into a New Position.

Katrina holds a Master degree in International Management and Human Development, as well as a Ph.D. in Organizational Systems from the Fielding Graduate University. She is also First Master Certified Coach in Switzerland from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), she is the founder, and former President, of ICF Suisse Romande, former board member of ICF World and of ICF Switzerland, and she was part of the ICF credentialing team. Katrina is regularly writing articles and is on the Editorial Board of "The International Journal of Coaching in Organizations".
