Graham Barkus is Managing Director of The Human Factor Partnership, a Hong Kong-based change consultancy that helps people respond effectively to disruption in their professional or personal lives.
His practice focus is on the connections between personality, performance and impact, particularly when shifts in context or circumstances require new, unfamiliar and adaptive responses, whether individual or collective. His work aims to guide his clients to better manage the performance and health consequences of stress arising from change and disruption - and respond with confidence and skill to achieve the outcomes they want.
Graham holds postgraduate degrees with distinctions in Linguistics (Victoria University of Wellington, NZ); Clinical Organizational Psychology (INSEAD, France); and Strategy & Innovation (University of Oxford), and an LLM in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from the University of Hong Kong. He is a Founding Fellow at the Institute of Coaching and a member of the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organisations, and is certified in executive and integrative health coaching.
