The mindset and skills needed to be an inclusive leader will be top of mind in nearly every organization as we move deeper into the twenty-first century and respond to the challenges we face both in society and in the workplace. But becoming an inclusive leader requires learning, reflection, and changing old habits and mindsets. For leadership coaches, this can be challenging work - it can be difficult to determine where to start and what to work toward.
In this webinar, Jennifer Brown will provide participants with knowledge, tools, and strategies they can use to help their clients become more inclusive leaders, no matter where they are starting from. She will share her insights and experiences working with hundreds of leaders in their journey to become more inclusive, and will offer her trademarked Inclusive Leader Continuum as a framework participants can use to move clients through their journey to become more inclusive.
During the webinar, Jennifer will dive deep into each of the four stages of the Continuum: Aware, Unaware, Active, and Advocate, and provide guidance on how participants can use the four stages to guide clients in their learning journey, and will share important insights, tips, and actionable takeaways for each stage in the Continuum. Jennifer will also discuss the core traits of the inclusive leader: humility, empathy, vulnerability, and resilience and why they have become critical components of the inclusive leadership skill set, and provide examples of what these traits look like in practice and how participants can help nurture them in clients.
Participants will leave the session with a better understanding of inclusive leadership and tools and strategies they can use immediately to help their clients progress toward becoming more inclusive leaders.
