She earned her master’s degree in organizational behavior, and throughout her career she has maintained her mantra of always leading with authenticity and heart. Consistent with living her values, in 2021 Laurie launched ServiconCares, the philanthropic arm of Servicon, to give back to its employees’ communities through investments in education, children’s programs, health equity and social justice.

With Laurie at the helm, Servicon strives to always do the right thing by their clients, people, and community.
