Kimberly McGhee is a science writer with a passion for translating research findings for a broader audience. She completed her Ph.D. in Comparative Literature at the State University of New York Buffalo, worked as managing editor of a clinical journal and a medical magazine, and currently works as a science writer at the Medical University of South Carolina and director of science communications initiatives for the College of Graduate Studies.
