Pam Marcheski
Pam Marcheski is the principal owner of Intentions to Actions Leadership. A Mindfulness-based leadership company that centers around helping individuals and organizations identify their desired leadership intentions in personal and professional life. With the structure of utilizing the traditional leadership development model combined with the foundations of mindfulness, Pam helps to guide a roadmap with actions that align with those intentions.
Pam spent the first 25 years of her career as a senior-level executive within several fortune 500 companies. She employs her experience of leading teams with over 1,000 employees and P&L responsibility for billions of dollars in business, to now coach individuals and organizations in operational excellence, leadership development, and organizational strategy and implementation.
In her coaching approach, Pam utilizes her past experience and multiple certifications, including Mindfulness Performance and Awareness Coaching, obtained through the University of California San Diego, and Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching and Strength-Based Coaching. She brings practical, real-life experience to the forefront and meets her client's needs where they are. She is a certified Executive and Organizational Leadership Coach that has a passion for helping leaders and organizations get to the next level while linking their intentions to action through customized coaching engagements.
Pam is an active member of the Harvard Medical School-affiliated Institute of Coaching, SHRM, and Women’s Leadership Institute, where she volunteers, speaks, and collaborates with others on the latest leadership and organizational needs.
Pam continues to be involved with and is an alumnus of the Executive Leadership Institute, working with high-level female executives in business at organizations such as NASA, Raley’s, Black Hills Gold Utility, and Mary Kay cosmetics. She is also an alumnus of Leadership California, where she continues to be an active participant in supporting future classes of female executives. Pam lives and thrives in her community of San Diego, California, and has the pleasure of residing close to her adult son.
