Michele Isaly is Regional Vice President (RVP) for Word & Brown’s Orange County Region. She has more than two decades of general agency experience and possesses a high level of industry knowledge, credibility, and professionalism that both brokers and carrier partners have come to trust.

Michele’s passion for sales and relationship building have helped the Orange County sales team reach new heights since she first joined Word & Brown as Field Sales Director in 2019. She was promoted to the RVP role in January 2021.

During her first year at Word & Brown, Michele successfully built a solid foundation in Orange County by implementing her unique business strategy and driving new premium growth, while also achieving record retention. She has been instrumental in providing leadership, process refinement, and team unity to Word & Brown. In her current role, she continues to focus on business development strategies, while working with other members of the Orange County team to expand key agency relationships.

Michele earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from San Diego State University and is a member of the Orange County chapter of the California Association of Health Insurance Professionals (CAHIP), previously known as OCAHU, as well as the Orange County Employee Benefit Council (OCEBC). Additionally, she is a member of Chief, a professional networking group designed to help elevate women in leadership.
