Scaling your Executive Coaching practice in the current environment: a discussion with industry experts

You are invited to join us on September 12, 2024 at 7:00PM SGT for the IOC Asia Roundtable, a free quarterly, 1.5 hours, live virtual meeting with the intention to explore our experience and to connect with each other and ourselves. In this roundtable we will explore: Scaling your Executive Coaching practice in the current environment: a discussion with industry experts.

We have enough and more empirical evidence that coaching works and impacts productivity, profit, and purpose at all levels across the organization. Coaching is no longer reserved only for high-potentials or those in senior leadership roles, it is being democratized throughout the organization. The environment is changing very quickly and in today’s agile, AI driven, remote working and BANI environment, we as coaches have many pertinent questions:

  • what is in store for the executive coaching profession
  • what can executive coaching help to change within an organization
  • how can we best scale coaching across large organizations
  • what value can we deliver to the organizations

We bring you industry experts for a holistic discussion on the topic – Priya Ramdev, Chief People’s Officer, McKinsey and Co., Rani Belliappa, Partner and Head - Learning & Talent Development and Business HR, KPMG Global Services and Udit Bhatia, Director – India learning leader, EY.

The session will be facilitated by Taruna Aggarwal, IOC Fellow and Rupinder Kaur, IOC member.

All participants will get a chance to interact with each guest in small-group breakout sessions.

Registration will close on September 11, 2024.
