Today’s Coaching Competencies: Preparing for What’s Next

The acceleration of change in coaching and leadership can seem dizzying. How are you acting as a change agent for your clients? For yourself? For our September Roundtable, we are going to dive into what coaching competencies you are working on to keep up with the accelerating pace of change in our business and prepare for tomorrow. We will focus our discussion on coaching competencies, specifically looking at David Drake’s work: The Five Maturities: A New Paradigm for Coach Development.

We will close our roundtable with a deeper dive into AI’s influence on coaching and issue a challenge: let’s all practice using some AI tools to build out this coaching competency! In October, we will take a deeper dive into AI and practice using the tools. We will be sending a survey to better understand your AI questions, be on the lookout. This conversation will continue to further our exploration of AI as an important coach tool.
