Richard Tashma is a former systems engineer, a fellow member of the Institute of Coaching, anda certified Internal Family Systems coach. In this episode of Coaching Revealed, Richard is interviewed by IOC podcast hosts, Austin Matzelle and Emily Terrani about how he utilizes Internal Family Systems, or IFS as a coach. Richard initially found coaching on his own journey in personal development, and after discovering IFS through the work of Bessel van der Kolk, Richard realized the impact the practice can have on individuals, largely through the impact it had on his own life.
