Priscilla Gill, EdD, is passionate about facilitating the growth and development of others.

She serves as Division Chair of the Mayo Clinic Leadership and Talent Development enterprise function supporting physicians, scientists, and administrative staff in adapting to the rapidly changing healthcare environment.

She has multidisciplinary leadership experience in various business sectors and previously served as the Diversity and Inclusion Administrator for Mayo Clinic in Arizona.

Priscilla earned her Doctor of Education Degree in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University and is Assistant Professor in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine.
