The integration of psychology and organizational studies is thought to be a great success among study participants, and, after a decade, the structured business school recently approved their executive master's degree in clinical organizational psychology, a new discipline incorporating clinical psychology and organizational studies, for the program. Tensions are found only in the past and outside of the program in: 1) a past failure with psychologists and a continuing success with business people; 2) personal careers of multidisciplinary faculty members; 3) practical and disciplinary conflicts with other parts of the school. The tensions are mostly overcome, and the tribal conflict was not found since faculty members and most coaches possess both identities. The successful management of tension is attributed to leadership and the organizational culture of the program.
