Dr Ruby Campbell, MSc (CoachPsych), MBA (Exec), PhD is the CEO of ProVeritas Group Pty Ltd, an Australian consultancy founded in 2010, which specialises in executive leadership development and team coaching. She is known for helping leaders transition to influential, values-based leadership roles, by applying evidence-based tools. Dr Campbell began her career as a research scientist in the 1980s, moving within the corporate world to become an international senior executive in the pharmaceutical industry with companies such as J&J, Sandoz, GSK and Cardinal Health.
Dr Campbell is a Fellow of the IOC, (Institute of Coaching is based at McLean Hospital. McLean is a member of Mass General Brigham, and the largest psychiatric teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School.), and Adjunct Professor, Mentor and Facilitator at the University of NSW Business School. She has been an international conference presenter and academic reviewer for the International Leadership Association since 2018. She has a Bachelor of Applied Science (1st Honours) and a PhD in Science from the University of Technology, Sydney. She has an MBA (Executive) from AGSM/UNSW School of Business and a Masters in Coaching Psychology from The University of Sydney. She is a Hogan Psychometric Tests, and Mental Toughness (MTQ48) certified practitioner. She is a Member of the ICF and will earn her PCC credentialing in Q1 2021.
Dr Campbell’s first book - Scientists in Every Boardroom - was published in Dec 2019 and has received accolades from business schools, peak STEMM organisations, and IOC members. With a focus on achieving cognitive diversity in senior leadership, the book was selected for the Collaborate-Innovate Conference 2020/2021 by the Cooperative Research Centres Association (CRCA) of Australia, and was the reference text for the ground-breaking program Towards Diverse Boards: Pathways to Directorship in 2020.
