Anne Marie is an experienced performance improvement coach and leadership development consultant with 25 years top-tier professional services experience. Until 2013 she worked for IBM, leading a virtual global team responsible for the delivery of leadership education to executives across emerging markets in Latin America, Asia and the Middle East.
Anne Marie’s experience in working closely with leaders to understand their upcoming strategic priorities and address their pain points is complemented by a highly commercial focus and strong business credentials, including several years of management consulting with EY and PwC Consulting.
As a coach, Anne Marie collaborates with leaders and their teams to improve their performance and organizational effectiveness. Her focus is on supporting leaders to be visionary, creative and courageous, and to embed self-awareness and learning into their day-to-day practices.
Anne Marie works extensively with QUT Business School, and coaches on their MBA programs. Her current research explores how coaching informed by Intentional Change Theory (Boyatzis, 2006) can enhance leader effectiveness.
Anne Marie is a keen runner, meditator and mother to two young adult sons.
