Healthcare professionals are very engaged despite the extreme workload and responsibility they face day in and day out. As staff shortage, exhaustion and burn-out is linked with reduced quality of care, it is of utmost importance to optimize support programmes to foster engagement, optimal professional development and lifelong learning among healthcare professionals. She will share insights from an ongoing nationwide initiative to provide coaching to medical students, residents, physicians, and nurses across multiple hospitals in the Netherlands.
